Announcements for LHS Seniors

  • Senior Counselor Seminars

Attention Seniors: Counselor Seminars will begin the week of September 17 and continue for three consecutive weeks. It is important that students check the block, start time and location of their Senior Seminar to ensure that they make it to all three sessions. Please contact your school counselor if you do not have Senior Seminar included on your Q1 schedule.

  • Senior Yearbook Portraits, deadline Oct 15

Senior year is finally here and it is time to schedule your senior portrait! Please note our yearbook senior portrait policy. Only portraits taken by our designated photography company, Smile-Pro/ Portrait Experience, will be included in our yearbook. There will be no exceptions to this policy. You can book an appointment for yearbook only if you do not wish to purchase a senior portrait from them. You are under no obligation to do so. There will be opportunities provided at school in the fall at no charge if you would like to be included in the book and do not want a formal sitting. On underclass picture make-up day, seniors who want a quick picture taken for inclusion in the yearbook will be able to do that. The goal is to have every senior pictured.

Additionally, if traveling to SmilePro’s Bedford location is not convenient, a mobile studio will be set up at LHS for a formal portrait experience (by appointment only). Please note that the deadline for having your portrait taken is October 15; keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment. Please book now to ensure that you can have your portrait taken in time.
