Guidelines for Weekly Announcement Submissions

  1. Announcement must be received at  announcements@lhspto.org by 5pm each Wednesday. Late submissions are at the discretion of the PTO.

  2. No flyers or PDFs may be included.

  3. Submissions by for profit organizations will not be included.

  4. Announcements will be run for 2 weeks, unless otherwise requested.

  5. Format for submission is as follows;

What: Brief title that will used in contents list as well
When: Date (no year), time
Where:  Location, room (address if not known to LHS parents)
Short Description (no more than 1 paragraph) Please include links to websites or google documents for more information so that announcement is brief
Contact/Sponsor (both individual and department/organization if appropriate) including phone and email
